Once a product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances.

Delay in delivery
Minor packaging variations

Customers are advised to carefully review product details, size charts, and descriptions before placing an order.

2. Refund Policy (Only Exception)
Refunds will be provided only in the following case:

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical issue or payment gateway error:

The transaction will be verified
The excess amount will be refunded

Refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within  7–10 business days

No other refund requests will be accepted.

3. Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

As we deal in fashion and apparel products:
Customers should verify size, color, and product details before placing the order
Slight color differences may occur due to photography and screen settings
No return or replacement is allowed once the order is delivered

5. Limitation of Liability
TrendKart shall not be liable for:
Incorrect size selection
Personal dissatisfaction
Courier delays
Minor product variations
Any indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount.
